Teresa Troyer-Freshcorn
Practice Manager
Teresa Troyer Freshcorn has been a member of the CNS
team since 2003. In her current capacity of Practice
Manager, Teresa is available to assist with anything you
may need during your tenure as a patient in our
practice.
Sarah Knapp
Assistant
My name is Sarah Knapp, and I work as an Administrative
Assistant at Columbus Neurosurgical Group, as well as
being the Front Desk Receptionist. I have happily been
with the practice since December of 2008. Before working
with CNS, I received my AAS in E-Commerce at Rhodes
State College in Lima, Oh. Upon Graduation in 2007, I
moved to Columbus due to its vast job opportunities.
That decision lead me here to my CNS family.
Tricia Wolf, PTA
Assistant
Tricia graduated from Central Ohio Technical College in
1995 with an Associate in Applied Science. She has
worked as a licensed Physical Assistant for 16 years
specializing in orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation.
She joined CNS Physical Therapy in 2006. In addition to
being staff PTA, she also serves as administrative
assistant for the physical therapy department.
Marianne Dottle
Assistant
I have been Dr. White's Medical Assistant since February
of 2004. I always joke with patients that he locks me in
the back room and doesn't let me out in the light of
day, except for the few times I attended surgery with
him. I believe I am a vital part of quality patient care
and Quality Surgeons, every day.
Erica Beem
Assistant
Erica Beem joined the CNS team in 2004 after 3 years of family practice.
While at CNS she has played many roles. As assisant to Dr. Dixon, she strives for patient satisfaction.
Darrell Upp, PT
Physical Therapist
Darrell Upp, PT, CSCS, CWT, SPS has been a practicing
Physical Therapist for over 20 years in the Columbus
area. Darrell, who serves as Director of Physical
Therapy, joined CNS in 2006. Darrell obtained his B.S.
degree in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State
University and AAS degree in Physical Therapy
Assistant from Sinclair Community College.
Darrell also is a Certified Strength/ Conditioning
Specialist, Certified Sport Nutrition Specialist,
Certified Weight Trainer, and Speed-Power Specialist. He
was a member of the Psi Beta National Honor Society in
Psychology at Sinclair Community College 1987;
awarded the Program Excellence Award 1988; and was
nominated for Physical Therapy Clinical Instructor of
the Year, 2000. Darrell was National Director of
Strength & Conditioning Education Program at
HealthSouth, national lecturer presenting on spine,
shoulder, knee, strength/conditioning & sports
nutrition, taught Orthopedic Rehabilitation at
Central Ohio Technical College and is published
author of journal/newspaper articles, training manuals,
and education/training manuals.
